Efficacy of a Community-Based Trauma Recovery Program after a Fire Disaster

As industries develop, fire disasters and their associated damage are increasing. Investigating the mental health of victims is imperative because this an essential issue for community recovery after a disaster. This study was conducted to determine efficacy program implemented by center based on investigation victims’ depression post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) levels immediately disaster at one-year follow-up. result, PTSD recovered over time, more changes were confirmed. In particular, high-risk group showed high participation rate, there significant time compared with without PTSD. Based these results, programs effective way increase disasters. future, community-based should be expanded, administrative support them developed.
